Okay, I don't often feel compelled to comment on reviews but I have to this time. The 1 star review irks me and here is why. If you are an IT professional or anyone else for that matter and you receive a product that is defective or does not work you put the item back in the box and return it immediately instead of writing a poor excuse for a review.

Sometimes things don't quite work out the way they should but I have found that Amazon does do their best to address any issues as quickly as possible. They will send you a new return shipping by email or regular mail and they will even waive the shipping charges and refund them to you.

When things like this happen that is just life and with a little patience and understanding as well as a little courtesy these things can be quite easily resolved. Amazon Staff do a very good job with customer service and resolving any issues. Thanks Amazon

You will be surprised at the speed of this. It boots so fast,I am sure its part to do with the ssd drive it is great.I use it in my motorhome for email and on line work.I have wireless mouse I use with it sometimes or both the screen and the mouse.I wish people would stop compareing this to a Ipad.Ipad will not do what this will do.If what you want is a lot of apps to do simple task, buy a Ipad .
